School Health Services
School Health Services is one of four departments within Student Personnel Services. Our certified school nurses play a vital role in promoting the health, safety, and well-being of students across grades k–12. They collaborate closely with students, families, and healthcare providers to support comprehensive, coordinated care.
School nurses conduct required health screenings, respond to illness, injury, and emergencies, and provide care management and referrals as needed. They also support family outreach, health counseling, and health education initiatives. Working in partnership with families and school staff, the School Health Services team helps ensure that students are healthy, supported, and ready to learn.
