About Keri Greene

Keri is an East Brook Middle School (1997) and Paramus High School (2001) graduate, now raising her two daughters in Paramus with her husband. She earned a BS from The College of New Jersey, a MA from Rutgers University School of Criminal Justice and a JD from Seton Hall University School of Law. Keri is a practicing attorney in Hackensack. She is a former adjunct professor at various New Jersey locations of Berkeley College. Keri joined the board in January 2020 and is presently serving her third term as trustee.

About Micheline Attieh

Micheline has attended and graduated from Berkeley School of Business with an associate degree in business administration (1988). As an adult learner, she earned her bachelor’s degree in business management from Berkeley College (2005). During her journey, she fell in love with teaching children. She became an NJ State Certified K-5 teacher (2007) through the alternate route as she completed her master’s degree from Colorado Technical University (2007), earning her degree in business management. Attieh combined her love for business and education by not only teaching grade school (East Orange BOE), college (Berkeley College, Eastwick College, CTU & Kean University), and even high school students with IEPs (Bergen County Tech HS), but she’s also an entrepreneur and a founder of 4 Diamond Transportation, a school bus company, since 2013. Some of her volunteer positions include Paramus County Committee (since 2008), Pool Commissioner (2012-2013), and member of the Manchester Regional HS BOE (1991-1993). She always finds time for her four children Antoinette, Raymond, Angelique, and Sharbel and her three grandchildren Matthew, Isabelle, and Christopher.

About Joanne Bergmann

Joanne, along with her husband Artie, are lifelong residents of Paramus. They are the parents of three children, all graduates of the Paramus Public Schools. They are also the grandparents of five grandchildren. Two of Joanne’s grandsons graduated from Paramus High School, and one granddaughter is currently attending Paramus High School. In her professional life, she was vice president of the legal department of a publicly traded finance company managing an attorney network across the country and overseeing litigation matters for the firm. She has been a long-term trustee of the Paramus Board of Education serving four years as its president. During her tenure on the board, she was the proud recipient of the prestigious Archie F. Hay Award and honored by Bergen County School Boards as board member of the year. She has also volunteered her time and served on various school-related and civic organizations including the Paramus Community Alliance that is dedicated to the prevention of drug and alcohol abuse among our youth and community; Stigma Free, a community effort to promote awareness of mental health issues with the goal of taking the stigma out of mental illness; and Operation Goody Bag, a youth-based organization that provides goody bags filled with treats and positive messages to our servicemen and women along with first responders. As a board trustee, Joanne takes great pride in her continued support of the many educational programs and activities that inspire our children to focus on positive involvement and educational growth.

About William F. Holzmann

Bill has been a resident of Paramus since 1995 when he and his wife, Michelle, chose Paramus to start their family. Michelle and Bill have four children, all of whom have benefitted from a Paramus public school education. He has been a member of the Paramus Board of Education since 2011, serving as president for 2018, 2019, 2023, and 2024. Bill has previously served Paramus as president of the Paramus High School Music Parents Association, as a recreation commissioner, and as a coach for baseball, softball, soccer, and basketball for 30 seasons. Professionally, Bill is the vice president, treasury and risk management for a global, publicly-traded healthcare company. He has a bachelor of science degree in finance and an MBA, both from Seton Hall University.

About Alfonso Romeo

Alfonso Romeo is a Paramus resident of more than 34 years and a retired educator and coach with over 25 years of service. Married to Lori for 43 years, Alfonso is a proud parent of four children who attended the Paramus Schools from kindergarten through 12th grade.

"As both a longtime resident and a parent who has watched this district grow and evolve, I bring a deep sense of gratitude as well as a forward-thinking perspective. I am passionate about supporting our educators, promoting academic excellence, enhancing student wellness, and ensuring responsible financial stewardship. I believe that strong schools form the foundation of a strong community, and I hope to serve as a committed voice for our educators, students, families, and all who care about the future of Paramus education."

Laura Siclari

About Laura Siclari

Laura A. Siclari, Esq., is the founder and managing partner of Siclari Law Group PC, a Paramus-based law firm specializing in education law, employment law, and an outside general counsel subscription practice for businesses. A proud graduate of the College of New Jersey with a BS in criminal justice, she went on to earn her Juris Doctor from Rutgers Law School–Newark. In addition to her legal practice, Laura is dedicated to community service, serving on the board of trustees of Bergen New Bridge Medical Center, as a member of the West Brook Middle School PTA executive board, and on the Alpine Learning Group Human Rights Committee. She and her husband, Adolfo Siclari, owner of Stone Plus Design, along with their two children, have been proud Paramus residents since 2009. This is her first term on the board of education.
