Peer-To-Peer Recommendation Reading Incentive Program
When it comes to selecting books, there's nothing better than a recommendation from a peer. The West Brook Media Center is pleased to announce the Peer-to-Peer Recommendation Reading Incentive Program! Our goal is to encourage more reading outside of the classroom. How it Works: Students will post recommendations on our Peer-to-Peer Recommendation boards for their fellow classmates to read and see what they thought about the book. Students can post during their lunch period, and before or after school. Every time a student posts a recommendation they will be able to select from a variety of items. The media center will provide recommendation forms, and will only allow positive reviews. The program will begin in late October and run until the beginning of June. All students are allowed to participate in the program. Faculty and staff members are also encouraged to write their own recommendations for books recently read or enjoyed during their school years. | ||||||||||||
